DESCRIPTION:Since 2001 we have worked with children and young people living with Type 1 Diabetes and\ntheir families throughout the North East and North Cumbria. We have various monthly group\nsessions throughout the region\, go on day trips\, hold cookery workshops\, go on an annual\nresidential and more! All of our activities aim to help children and young people to be more\nconfident\, feel more positive about the future and improve their health outcomes.
